By accessing or using the FITKAII LLP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or purchasing an event registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to these terms.

2. Event Registration

  • Registrations are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organiser.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of registration.
  • FITKAII reserves the right to cancel a registration if false information is provided.
  • Event details (date, venue, route) are subject to change. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes.

3. Medical Fitness

By registering for any event, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate. FITKAII LLP and its event partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or death arising from participation. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before participating in any endurance event.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Registration fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. By completing payment, you agree to the applicable event pricing and our refund terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, text, images, and event materials — is the property of FITKAII LLP. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Photography & Media

By participating in a FITKAII event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FITKAII LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Marathon Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants must register with accurate personal details.
  2. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Participants must be medically fit to take part in the event.
  4. Organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during the event.
  5. Race bibs are personal and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  6. Participants must follow race rules and instructions from event officials.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to modify the route, schedule, or event format if necessary.
  8. Participants consent to the use of their photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
  9. The event may be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  10. By registering, participants agree to all event rules and terms and conditions.
